Shannon Grismer came aboard as a partner with NRG Homes in March of 2018. He took full control of operations with over twenty years of home building experience including the construction of single family homes, twin homes and villas. In 2021, Shannon became the full owner of NRG Homes with his wife, Tonya. His vast knowledge of the industry has greatly increased the exposure for NRG Homes. They are proud to say that the three times they have had a house on the Parade of Homes, they have won the award of excellence.

 

To make a great situation even more amazing, Shannon’s wife Tonya Grismer, joined NRG Homes as the full time Design Coordinator in March 2019. It can be very overwhelming to build a house AND decide what all should go in it! All of those decisions can be made a lot easier with the help of a designer to talk through all of the details from the very start with drafting of the house plan to lighting options, tile, and carpet to sink fixtures and drawer handles! This is a great feature to have when building a home that most people have to pay extra for. Tonya’s style is impeccable! She and Shannon can make your wants, needs and dreams a reality!
